The presented article would like to propose quantified access to design temporary protective structures. The expression temporary indicates not only length of utilisation, but further that expenses spent to designing and erecting of those structures have to be minimized as well as time consumed for building. The expeditionary forces deployed anywhere will be dependent on local constructing material. Durability of temporary protective structures is defined in NATO directives and mentioned below. This article will deal with temporary installations and presents procedure, how to define appropriate provisions to protect troops, accommodation and working structures.
