Paper describes field tests conducted in cooperation between University of Defence, Czech Technical University and Czech Army Corps of Engineers on High Performance Fibre Reinforced Concrete (HPFRC) slabs against blast wave caused by explosion of charge according to STANAG 2280. There were tested several configurations of charges and slabs within distances ranging from 1 to 5 meters. Simulations in AUTODYN software were conducted to compare crack and damage development of mathematical models with tested slabs.
